He is a very short, unassuming looking Miqo'te. To strangers, he appears quiet and stiff - almost cold.Very little is known of his childhood. He rarely speaks on it, let alone to people he doesn't know. Common knowledge is that he comes from the Shroud, and his childhood village was destroyed in the calamity. He is extremely devoted to the goddess Menphina.As the Warrior of Light he has had to face the brunt of fame, which he has had trouble adjusting to. Everyone seems to know his name, but not so much his face — thanks in part to his effort to hide it. More often than not he is wearing a blindfold, only seeming to remove it when in the presence of familiar company.The people of Eorzea publicly admire him, but rumors surrounding his blood-thirstiness are exchanged in hushed whispers. Once meeting him, however, most people are quickly put at ease. Despite his standoffish disposition, underneath it all he has a deep love for the people of Etheirys. He enjoys listening to other's stories, and people seem to be able to tell from the warmth in his eyes that he really hears them, and has a genuine desire to understand them.

Hello! My name is Mika. I am in my mid-20s, pronouns he/him. I am a nonbinary trans man. Grey-ace and gay.I have been playing FFXIV since April of 2021 (coincidently 1 day after i started T). I am a savage raider, having done the final tier of Eden, all of Pandae, and the first tier of Arcadion. I main White Mage and Dark Knight, and dabble in Gunbreaker, Sage, and Red Mage. Over the years I have accumulated thousands and thousands of hours of playtime in this video game. For better or for worse, I have a passion for it and can't ever seem to put it down for good.I have been dabbling in writing a story for my Warrior of Light for a few years. I've written bits and pieces down, made some rudimentary comics. But because I'm generally the kind of person who likes to keep to myself, I didn't have many people to share my work with besides my close friends. I was okay with that set up, though. I don't need an audience, I make things to share with people and express myself, and really that was enough.I am disabled and was let go from my job in Feburary of 2024 due to a hospitalization, and since then I've been trying to find part time work that will be better for my mental and physical health. Meanwhile, I've had some time to reflect on what I really want to do with myself, I guess. I have passion for many things, art and writing not least of which. I love making things. I want to allow myself to lean into those things, and build community around them.It feels weird to say, but I am proud of the time and dedication I have put into this game and all that I have accomplished with it. I want to share my knowledge and passion with others and connect with people who feel similarly.
